Reah Coo is an expert in special educational needs. She has held senior positions in multiple settings across the UK, including: mainstream and specialist provisions.

Reah is passionate about inclusion and improving the outcomes of vulnerable children and young people, supporting them on their journeys towards achieving their full potential, despite their starting point.

Driven by her passion to make a positive impact in the lives of families, children and young people who don’t know where to turn when faced with challenges at school or at home, in 2019 she established Inspire 321.

Inspire 321 supports children, young adults, parents, carers and professionals with a bespoke SEND service, tailored to meet individual needs. This includes early and crisis intervention, advice, guidance and training when they need it most.
