Audit your way to success

A Proven Tool to Transform Your School's SEND & Inclusion Policy, Provision and Practice- Designed to Align with Ofsted's 2025 Framework.

Are You Ready to Feel Confident & In Control?

Navigating the complexities of SEND and inclusion can feel overwhelming, especially with the introduction of Ofsted’s new inspection framework from November 2025, which places greater emphasis on inclusion, leadership accountability and pupil outcomes. Schools are under increasing pressure to demonstrate inclusive, high‑impact provision. You’re not alone and you don’t have to face it alone.

Imagine having a clear, actionable plan that puts you and your team back in control, ready to meet Ofsted’s expectations and support every child to thrive.

Many SENCos and Senior Leaders feel overwhelmed by:

Increasing Complexities of SEND

Navigating the SEND landscape has become increasingly challenging due to evolving pupil needs, broader definitions of inclusion, and the demand for more specialised expertise in schools.

Limited Resources and Time

Schools often struggle with insufficient staffing, budget constraints, and competing priorities, making it difficult to allocate the time and resources needed to evaluate and enhance SEND provision effectively.

Ofsted Expectations

Adapting to Ofsted's evolving focus, which places a sharper emphasis on inclusion, pupil outcomes and adaptive teaching, requires schools to rethink their policies, provision and practices.

“Reah identified areas for improvement, formulated an action and supported school effectively. She liaised well with our leadership team and communicated all actions. We now have new formats for assessment, an intervention plan and all SEND pupils have one page profiles. I would 100% recommend Inspire 321.”

Why Ofsted's New Framework Matters

The updated Ofsted Framework (November 2025) places a renewed emphasis on how effectively schools meet the needs of pupils with SEND and those at risk of exclusion. Schools must now demonstrate inclusive leadership, evidence of effective support and a culture that prioritises the needs of all learners, not just those with EHCPs.

  • Embedding inclusion as a whole-school ethos, ensuring every pupil benefits from the curriculum.

  • Demonstrating adaptive teaching that meets diverse learning needs.

  • Prioritising early identification and intervention for pupils with SEND.

  • Amplifying pupil and parent voice in shaping SEND provision.

  • Using data to monitor progress and evaluate the impact of support.

  • Ensuring strategic leadership of SEND with clear accountability.

  • Promoting attendance and reducing exclusions through inclusive practices.

  • Providing strong oversight and planning for EHCPs and wider SEND support.

These changes align with the SEND & AP Improvement Plan and reflect a national drive for greater equity and accountability in education. Schools that take proactive steps now will be better prepared not just for inspection but for long-term impact.
