I'm Reah Coo, founder and lead consultant of Inspire 321 Ltd. I have over 15 years’ experience in education, with a specialist focus on SEND and inclusion. Throughout my career, I’ve worked as a Senior Leader, SENCo, SEND Case Officer for a local authority, Head of English in a specialist SEMH school, SEND School Governor and Consultant to academy trusts, PRUs and fostering agencies.
I’ve supported schools across the country to improve their SEND and Inclusion policy, provision, and practice... from strategic leadership to classroom-level implementation. I’m highly experienced in EHCP processes and my approach to audits and training is rooted in real-world understanding.
